LIST THE WOW, THIS was a funny moment indeed. And the fact it was captured on film allows us to rejoice in the entertainment of it time and again. It certainly brings water to our eyes (and a big old Schadenfreude grin). Looking to recover from a large pond beside the 14th green at Royal Montreal Golf Club during a 2007 Presidents Cup match, Woody Austin—golf’s Aquaman—must have felt stiff losing his balance and falling face first into the drink. It brought a new meaning to the term Presidential Flush. But you have hand it to the temperamental Yank, who maintained his wit throughout the incident. Two days later Woody walked onto the 14th green wearing a diving mask, showing all his warped sense of humour. FUNNY MOMENT WOODY “Aquaman” Austin
